Snooze

Key: Highlighted purple = different sections of the menu

For our second breakfast outing we went to Snooze, a local chain restaurant that serves people breakfast around the country. Snooze was first founded in 2006 by brothers John and Adam Schlegel. Their goal was to create a energetic and create a welcoming atmosphere. The name was inspired by the Snooze button for your alarm.

Location: 1617 Pearl St, Boulder, CO 80302

Vibe:
- Calm and filled with older people before 8 am
- after 8 am it is a kid friendly and busy place.
- simple
- casual and not super fancy

Menu and options: Snooze had a great menu selection in certain categories. There were a lot of pancake options but not many sections on the menu. The pancake section  had several very sweet options, like a cinnamon roll pancake, strawberry pancake, pineapple upside down pancake, and even a pancake of the week (which this week was a churro pancake). there was also a wide selection of eggs and omelets to choose from like a entire Benedict Arnold section.

Don't miss item: the "bacon but different" was delicious and a great side dish if you're getting something sweet.

Service and taste: in general the service was friendly with no forced uniforms except for maybe a t-shirt. The taste in general was sweet and delicious with great drinks like the hot chocolate and punch.

Have you been to Snooze? if so, I'd love to hear your thoughts in a comment!
